Interim Director

Carlos Ochoa is our Interim Director.  He’s been in the office for nearly one year as of February 2012.  He is a cultural anthropologist with a background in cultural resource management.  Carlos pursued an internship growing organic mushrooms on agricultural waste at the Winthrop Rockefeller Institute on Petit Jean Mountain in central Arkansas from 2009 – 2010 before taking an EnergyCorps position in this office February 2011.  He has ben the interim director since November 2011.
